Who We Are

PSX Terminal is a product of RUNTIME TECHNOLOGIES (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, a company registered in Islamabad, Pakistan, which acts as the data controller for personal information processed through the Service. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What We Collect

PSX Terminal collects only what is necessary to provide the service:

• Authentication: Sign-in is handled by Google Firebase. We receive your email address and a unique user ID from Google. We do not store your password — Google manages authentication entirely.
• Portfolio data: If you use the portfolio tracker, your holdings and transactions are stored on our servers linked to your user ID.
• Payment data: If you purchase a paid plan, payment is processed by Paddle.com (see below). We receive confirmation of your purchase and limited billing details from Paddle, but we do not receive or store your full card number.
• No advertising trackers: We do not use advertising networks or advertising/tracking pixels to profile you across the web.

How We Use It

Your data is used solely to provide and operate PSX Terminal features — authentication, portfolio tracking, P&L calculations, dividend income projections, and, for paid users, access to purchased features. We do not sell your personal data or share it for others' marketing.

Service Providers We Use

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the Service. These providers process data only as needed to perform their function:

• Google Firebase: handles account authentication.
• Paddle.com: acts as our Merchant of Record and payment processor for paid plans. Paddle processes your payment information under its own privacy policy. We do not have access to your full payment card details.

Data Retention & Your Rights

We retain your account and portfolio data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your portfolio and all transaction data at any time from within the app. To delete your account or make any other data request, contact us at contact@psxterminal.com and we will action it.

Cookies

PSX Terminal uses cookies for authentication session management via Firebase and for saving your preferences (such as theme). Paddle may set cookies during checkout to process your payment securely. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
