PSX Terminal ("PSX Terminal", "the Service", "we", "us", "our") is owned and operated by RUNTIME TECHNOLOGIES (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, a company registered in Islamabad, Pakistan. By accessing or using PSX Terminal, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Nothing on this platform, whether in our free or paid features, constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, financial planning, or an offer to provide brokerage or advisory services.

Our paid features are analytical and data tools that help you research and organise market information. They do not tell you what to buy or sell and they do not manage money on your behalf. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

Accounts & Acceptable Use

Some features require a free account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Portfolio and transaction data you enter belongs to you; you are responsible for its accuracy, and we do not verify or validate investment records.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, scrape or resell its data at scale without permission, access it through automated means beyond normal use, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Paid Plans, Billing & Payments

Most PSX Terminal features are free. Certain features are offered as paid plans, which may be one-time purchases or recurring subscriptions. Prices and what each plan includes are shown on the relevant purchase or pricing page.

Our order process and payments are conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, and the collection and remittance of applicable taxes. When you purchase a paid plan, you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms, and Paddle's terms govern the payment transaction itself.

Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and refunds are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RUNTIME TECHNOLOGIES (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED and its operators shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or investment decisions arising from the use of, or inability to use, this platform. The Service may experience downtime or data interruptions without notice.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.

Changes
