Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview
PSX Terminal is a product of RUNTIME TECHNOLOGIES (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Islamabad, Pakistan. Most PSX Terminal features are free to use. Some features are offered as paid plans.
Our order process and payments for paid plans are conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all billing, tax and payment-related queries. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work.
Digital Products & Immediate Access
PSX Terminal paid plans are digital services. Access to paid features is provisioned immediately after your payment is confirmed. Because access is granted instantly, you acknowledge at the time of purchase that delivery begins right away.
Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may request a refund within 30 days of your order completion date. Refunds within this period are granted at the discretion of RUNTIME TECHNOLOGIES (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED and Paddle, taking into account usage of the service during the period.
- Refund requests made more than 30 days after the order completion date cannot normally be accepted.
- Refunds are not provided for subscription periods that have already been used or elapsed, or for partial (unused) portions of a current billing period after cancellation.
- Where a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
Cancelling a Subscription
You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current paid billing period, after which it will not renew and you will not be charged again. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current period.
How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
You can request a refund or manage your subscription in two ways:
- Through the receipt email sent to you by Paddle after purchase, which links to Paddle's buyer support, or via paddle.net.
- By contacting us directly at contact@psxterminal.com and we will assist you with your request.
We aim to respond to all refund and support requests within 2 business days.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
