Business Description
East West Insurance Company Limited was incorporated as a public limited company in the year 1983 under the repealed Companies Act, 1913 (now Companies Act, 2017). The Company is engaged in the general insurance business comprising of fire and property, marine, aviation and transport, motor and miscellaneous etc. The company commenced Window Takaful Operations (WTO) from May 08, 2018 as per Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) Takaful Rules, 2012.
