Ghazi Fabrics International Limited's was incorporated in Pakistan on April 30, 1989 as a Private Limited Company under the Companies Ordinance 1984 (repealed with the enactment of the Companies act 2017)and converted into Public Limited Company on January 07, 1990. The main activities of the Company are textile manufacturing, production of cotton and P.C. yarn and grey cloth that are marketed both within and outside Pakistan.
