The Company was incorporated in Pakistan on May 23, 1991 and started its commercial operations on December 31, 1991. The Company is licensed to carry out business of investment finance services as a Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC) under section 282C of the repealed Companies Ordinance, 1984 (now Companies Act, 2017) and the Non-Banking Finance Companies (Establishment and Regulation) Rules, 2003 issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
