OLP Financial Services Pakistan Limited (Formerly ORIX Leasing Pakistan Limited) was incorporated in Pakistan as a private limited company on July 01, 1986 under the repealed Companies Ordinance, 1984 and was converted into a public limited company on December 23, 1987. The Company is licensed to carry out Investment Finance Services as a Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC) under the Non-Banking Finance Companies (Establishment and Regulations) Rules, 2003 issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
